Fasting

Types of Fast 

The type of fast you choose is between you and God. He will honour your best sacrifice. You may want to include a combination of fasts. For example, you may want to participate in a full fast for 1-3 days and then continue with a Daniel fast.

Full Fast

Drink only liquids; water, 100% juice and clear broth (you establish the number of days). Consult your doctor.

 

Daniel Fast

Eat no meat, no sweets and no bread. Eat fruits and vegetables and drink only water.

 

3-Day Fast

This fast can be any type of fast (Full Fast, Daniel's Fast, or you can give up up one item of food).

 

Partial Fast

This fast is from 6 am to 3 pm or from sun-up to sundown. A partial fast can also be any type of fast.
